JOB: INTERNSHIP / PART TIMER
GRAPHIC DESIGN
DESCRIPTION:
Be able to help in merchandizing and implement ideas and branding in marketing efforts at the store level, which includes: laying out, executing and installing custom window displays, and other various projects which could include – design and execution of stickers, t-shirts, hats, etc.
THE DEAL:
Must know design software that includes: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator – familiar with InDesign, email applications (Outlook, Mail or Entourage), Microsoft Office programs, and internet savvy.
Must be detail oriented and have hand craft skills – helps if you can draw, sew, mechanical and can use an exacto knife, etc.
Must be creative, be able to do remedial math, use a ruler, a calculator, be willing to learn, work hard, take direction, meet deadlines, and show up on time.
Schedule is open and is great for part time students.
Paid? Yes, but don’t get your hopes up.
Position available at our San Clemente, CA location during the spring and summer months.

JOB: CITY MARKETING MANAGER /
PART TIMER
TERRITORIES: FLORIDA (Jacksonville, Orlando, Tampa, Miami)
DESCRIPTION:
You are responsible for being the taste-maker in your city and influence the branding of HOVEN organically through our grass roots approach.
As a CMM you are accountable for what happens in your immediate area. This includes: sales, promotional events and efforts, installation of marketing materials, and building brand awareness. You will report your efforts directly to a Territory Manager who then will relay the information to their Sales Manager.
This is a great opportunity for college students looking to make some extra money.
THE DEAL:
Must have some computer skills… Internet savvy, fill out spreadsheets, use a digital camera, use email, etc.
Must be able to drive and own a vehicle, and cell phone.
Must have great communication skills – confident and personable.
Helps if you can surf, skate or snowboard… and have influence within these sports.
Must be able to work during normal business hours.
Must be able to work hard, take direction, meet deadlines, and show up on time – basically a self starter.
Schedule is open and is great for part time students.
